Your hair color should be refreshed with some color enhancing shampoo and conditioner at least once a week. The live of your color depends on the type of color you have used. It is expected for a temporary color to go off after a single shampoo. But in case of semi permanent colors it may last up to 4-5 shampoos. While demi-permanent colors may survive for more than roughly 28 shampoos. Thus it totally depends on the type of color you are using for the durability of your color.
